Our production technologies are continuously developed with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Our production lines are optimized based on efficiency principles; speed and standardization are ensured through robotic automation systems. While environmental sustainability is supported with energy-saving prioritized solutions, processes are effectively monitored thanks to our real-time data tracking and instant reporting infrastructure. Additionally, with our digitalized quality control processes, errors are minimized and product reliability is maintained at the highest level.

Plastic Injection

A-plas’ main production methods include injection molding with more than 58 machines across all its factories, ranging from 110 Ton to 3200 Ton clamping force. A-plas injection molding operations are based on a concept combining automation and traditional methods.

We use the latest technologies including co-injecting (two-shot), sequential injection systems, kiss-off in-mold pressure monitoring systems, 6-axis robotic part removal, handling, door trimming, and burn-off systems.

As you will see in the Products section, A-plas molding solutions cover a broad product range from bumpers to clips, battery trays to fuel filler caps, body side moldings to ashtrays, and more.

As a result of this diversity, A-plas has the capability to process a wide range of materials, from PPS to LFTs, PA 6/66 to PC+ABS, PPO to LCP, and commercial goods.

Blow Molding

Another main production method of A-plas is blow molding, with 11 machines at the Demirtaş Factory ranging in capacity from 1 liter to 50 liters.

We use the latest technologies, including parison control systems, to ensure homogeneous thickness across the parts.

As you will see in the Products sections, A-plas blow molding solutions cover a wide range of products, from air ducts to plastic housings, hanging dust caps to washer tanks, and more.

As a result of this diversity, A-plas has the capability to process a wide range of materials, from glass-filled PA 6/66 to PE & PP.

Paint Line

With over 15 years of painting experience, A-Plas has a capacity of 1,000,000 painted bumpers in its two "state-of-the-art" paint lines, consisting of 13 robots.

These paint lines adopt the latest technological solutions, such as the automatic 6-axis robotic CO2 substrate cleaning—a first in Turkey—and low-waste color management pigment systems to process over 100 colors, also a first in Turkey.

A-Plas minimizes VOCs for a better environment while meeting high customer expectations both aesthetically and technically.

In addition to these lines, there is a manual paint line and 2K system for special effect paints, soft touch, and piano black effect applications.

Electroplated Chrome

A-plas has a unique process that sets the brand apart: electroplating.

With this capability, we offer our customers aesthetic parts for cars’ base (colored mold), mid-level (painted), and high-level (chrome) versions all under one roof.

We have installed the fully automatic state-of-the-art Noviganth AK™ finishing process which provides:

  • Glossy finish
  • Satin finish
  • Coating on ABS – PC+ABS materials
  • CR+3, CR+6
  • Respecting the environment, A-plas has invested in its own pre-treatment water purification system.

As a result of this diversity, A-plas has the capability to process a wide range of materials, from PPS to LFTs, PA 6/66 to PC+ABS, PPO to LCP, and commercial goods.

Hot Stamping

In addition to electroplating, A-plas has another aesthetic process that helps produce a combination of plastic surface and chrome plating.

With this capability, we mainly provide customers with aesthetic parts for exterior badges.

JIS-JIT
